In Bernarda we make all the production process of our furniture, taking care of every detail, so we can be sure the result will be a product of excellent quality. The process starts drying the wood in our drying chambers. There, the wood is completely dried through the circulation of hot and dry air to assure the excellent quality of the material. These chambers, that work using the chips resulting of other processes, dry monthly 1000 m3 of wood. Our design team is in charge to bring the request of our clients into shape and to develop our own lines of furniture, achieving a perfect balance between utility and beauty, simple and practical furniture, foldable and easy-to-assemble with all the charm of wood. There we try prototypes and every single part is designed to achieve an optimum result. After being completely dried, the wood is cut into the different pieces that will form a piece of furniture. After the pieces are cut, they are carefully sanded and varnished to achieve a perfect finish. We also make panels, moldings and furniture parts. Then, the parts are assembled and the furniture is made. We supervise all details giving them a final finish. After that, the furniture is dismantled, folded and carefully packed to be shipped to our clients or be sent to our stores. We produce monthly 160 m3 of furniture and 250 m3 of panels, moldings and parts, equivalent to 10 furniture containers and 6 containers of panels or furniture parts.
